Abstract:

With the focus being pre-holiday stress, we chose to focus on stress management, nutrition, aromatherapy, finances, boundaries, and exercise as coping techniques. We created a presentation tailored to the targeted audience – students, faculty, and staff – and presented information in a fun and effective way. We displayed a poster board describing coping techniques and the group elaborated as necessary. We distributed tea, hot chocolate, stress balls, pre-holiday survival kits, and informational pamphlets.
