Key Partnership:
Strengthening and furthering students’ research methods has been a focus of Dr. David Stasek through teaching service-leaning courses. Dr. Stasek began teaching service-learning courses in spring of 2013 and has gone on to teach over 25 courses incorporating this pedagogy. These projects have allowed students to review data collection methods, conduct their own research in the community, and complete a report on the findings. Within Dr. Stasek’s time teaching service-learning courses, he has reached over 250 students.
