Hospice of the Golden Isles

Abstract:
For our service-learning project in our Introduction to Human Services class, we partnered with Hospice of the Golden Isles. Our main goal was to raise awareness in the community of the services Hospice provides. We worked with the team at Hospice to develop an educational presentation that we presented on both CCGA campuses in Brunswick and Camden. We invited students, faculty, staff, and members of the community to our presentation. We also helped with the production of their Lights of Love Remembrance Event. This annual event precedes the lighting of the campus for the holiday season.
