Abstract:
This presentation focuses on survey findings from my Fall 2020 Online courses and their digital service-learning group projects. I’ll discuss tactics I’ve used to support student engagement through group work while teaching online and manage group work in an online environment. In addition, I’ll explain the ways I’ve focused on meeting student learning outcomes through digitally-based service-learning and reflect on student responses to navigating service-learning during a pandemic. Finally, I’ll share examples of student work.
