The RMS Titanic is one of the most well-known ship catastrophies in history. Despite her marketing as unsinkable, she went down into the frigid waters of the Northern Atlantic ocean on April 12, 2012, after a fateful collision with an iceberg.
The White Star Liner's legacy did not die with her, however. More than 100 years later, the world is still captivated. She is not simply an occurrence in history, but a muse for fiction, movies, and other media over the years.
