What is well-being?

Well-being or wellness is the act of maintaining good physical and mental health by engaging and nurturing the mind and body. 

In college, it can be challenging for some to commit time and strike a balance between being a successful student and taking care of yourself, however, the two are directly related.

This guide includes resources to help you find ways to integrate healthy habits into your college life, and information on how to get help when you need it.
