Abstract:
This poster is about my time serving as a mentor/youth worker assistant at the Boys & Girls Club (Johnston Street location) to positively impact the 4th & 5th grade youth by helping them develop skills. I develop these skills within the youth by reading books, drawing pictures, completing homework, playing team sports, and mentoring one on one with them. These skills are the tools the youth can utilize to navigate their education, career, and life. This poster does contain photos due to photographing being banned for certain youth.
