Essentials for Staying Healthy during COVID-19

Abstract:
For this project, we created a multimodal presentation for our community partner based on their needs. We partnered with the Boys and Girls Club to create a presentation for new coming parents to the program. The purpose of the slideshow presentation was to explain to parents how their kids would be kept safe, as well as provide a visual representation through videos. This project positively impacted us by teaching us to accommodate working with people we may have never met in person, and allowed us to understand the importance of helping our community. It helped the community by encouraging young adults to go out and help our community, for example, volunteering. In the future, we believe there can be more diversity and options with the community partners that need to be helped.
