Miranda Crews, Jessica Feingold, Cathy Martinez, and Bethany O’Connor were enrolled in a Community-Focused Nursing course and collaborated with campus stakeholders to host events on campus which support to the mission of the national Stop the Bleed campaign. Stop the Bleed is a national awareness campaign and call-to-action. The grassroots program is intended to encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives, potentially saving a life.
