The Green Mile (1999):  Based on the Stephen King novel, this story is about the lives of guards on death row leading up to the execution of a large African-American man accused of child murder and rape, who has the power of faith-healing.

True Crime (1999): A journalist discovers the man on death row might be innocent hours before his execution.
